Kerry Minnich
Kerry Minnich practices in the areas of Family Law, Divorce, Custody, Spousal Maintenance, Paternity, Step Parent Adoption, Complex Marital Estates, and Orders for Protection. Kerry graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in May 2009. During her studies she volunteered at the Self-Help Center in the Hennepin County Family Justice Center through the Minnesota Justice Foundation. Kerry gained experience through representing clients in William Mitchell's Legal Assistance for Minnesota Prisoners Program and is trained as a Rule 114 family law neutral. She joined Terzich & Ort, LLP as a law clerk in June 2006 and has been an invaluable team member since.
Ms. Minnich is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association and Ramsey County Bar Association.
