The situation worsened last year when Berry’s ex got into a fight with Berry’s current husband.
The court’s decision also requires that Halle Berry pay $115,000 in retrospective support. This amount is in addition to $300,000 for her ex’s attorney fees.
Child support in Minnesota includes three separate financial obligations that one parent must pay to the other parent. They include basic support, medical support and child care support.
