Hailey Johnson works as a law clerk at Terzich & Ort, LLP. She supports the firm by drafting legal documents, organizing client records, and preparing discovery materials for family law cases involving matters like divorce, property division, and paternity.
Hailey earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and political science from the College of Saint Benedict in 2023. She uses her background in psychology to better understand the people and issues involved in family law cases. She is currently studying law at the University of St. Thomas and is on track to graduate with her J.D. in 2026.
At the College of Saint Benedict, Hailey led the track and field team as a captain and worked as an editor for the student newspaper. These roles helped her build strong communication and leadership skills, which she now applies in her work at Terzich & Ort, LLP.
In her work as a law clerk, Hailey writes and edits legal documents, gathers information for cases, and stays up to date on changes in family law. She brings strong attention to detail and keeps the Terzich & Ort team organized and prepared. Her work helps the firm stay focused on strategy and client support.
Outside of work and school, Hailey coaches high school track and field. She enjoys supporting young athletes and staying active in her community. In her free time, she spends time with her loved ones and takes long walks with her dogs.
